I did sense more, especially the touch part. However, no progress with reading.
-What have I tried and what felt like some success this week?
I was present with others, gave my full attention to a friend for hours, without checking my mobile. I meditated a couple of times. I expressed gratitude and joyfulness.
-What is the challenge I still encounter?
Too much distraction and too much screen-time. The mobile phone and social media are the major cause of distraction and loss of focus, energy, time. Despite knowing it, I still fall into the trap.
-What is one thing that anyone in the community can do to support your explorations – learnings – discoveries?
Hold me accountable for setting clearer and maybe smaller targets concerning screen-time, but achievable.
