What was my goal?
emotionally going through the week at my best.
Where am I with this goal right now?
I did lots of self-care, exercised and observe the way I talk in the coaching sessions. I used the word “I sense” more, but not always followed by a real “sensation”. Still going into interpretations.
What have I tried and what felt like some success this week?
I was able to recharge each day and be there for my clients.
