The challenge I have: how to get in contact more closely with you all, how to make this virtual experience more “intimate”. As I was working in a corporation before becoming a coach, I have the feeling the leaders are thinking: “these coaches are totally disconnected from reality and have no clue about what it means to be in our role.” I LOVE THIS… I am very ironic and listening to Christian speaking made me go back to the years I spent as an account manager.
