This is how Michael reviews our interview:
I have had the opportunity to meet with many coaches and leadership experts on Unstoppable Mindset. Tünde Erdös, in some ways takes these kinds of discussions to a new level. She coaches, but she also has conducted scientific research on some of the aspects of coaching such as Presence. She describes herself as a “scholar and practitioner”, as the one cannot go without the other.
During our time in this episode, Tünde discusses presence in coaching and beyond, what it is and the value of each of us more actively incorporating it in our lives. She offers insights into how practicing better presence and making better choices will help leaders and, in fact, all of us to live better and be more effective.
